We deliver the car to you with a half tank and expect it to be delivered back to us in the same manner and if the car is returned less than half tank, you will be charged an extra fee to compensate for the missing fuel capacity. All cars are offered based on unlimited mileage so you can visit any place as long as you pay for your own fuel. Every time you are driving, make sure you do go below half tank to avoid that extra charge when you return the car.
What happens when the car gets issues on the way?
In the first place, the cars are comprehensively insured. If its minor issues, we have mechanics all over different parts of the country who can help you out of those minor issues. The car will be dropped off at the same location you picked it from only for the case of Kampala city, you can drop it off at any place within Kampala or Entebbe and we will pick it up at no extra charge. What if i return the car late?
If you return the car a few hours late on the final day, you won’t be charged by majority of car rental companies in Uganda but if you dare make a mistake of returning it a day later, then expect to pay an extra fee for the same amount you paid per day. It’s advisable to contact the reservations team and let them know about your wish to extend the number of rental days, you might even get a discount.
